Upon Conversation with Attorney General Cuccinelli
“South Riding, Va., December 1, 2011 - Delegate-elect David Ramadan announced today that he is withdrawing a merited sanctions motion against the individuals who filed a failed and frivolous lawsuit challenging his residency at the request of Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli.
